Los Angeles Deferrals, Cubs Fumbling, Red Sox Miss Snell

The Los Angeles Deferrals are back at it again.

Days after adding a two-time Cy Young Award winner to their rotation, they locked up super-utility man Tommy Edman with a five-year, $74M deal. The deal includes a sixth-year club option, a $17M signing bonus, and deferrals, as ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported.
