Sheel Seidler, widow of late Padres owner Peter Seidler, has sued Peter’s brothers for control of the Padres, accusing them of breaches of fiduciary duty and fraud.
The lawsuit alarmingly states that her brothers-in-law would be willing to relocate, but that’s reportedly not been considered or discussed, according to Matt Seidler.
